Frederick, MD July 1, 2024 – A Square Group, a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, is excited to announce its recent contract award to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) mission through the Enterprise Service Process Integration Division (OE1). This groundbreaking initiative aims to provide enterprise processes for efficient and effective IT infrastructure and services that support the Combat Support Agency’s warfighting mission.
Scope
As part of the DISA EAPI contract scope, ASG will offer solutions in the following three areas:
Enterprise Automation
ASG will implement repeatable enterprise-level automation integration, focusing on efficient business processes first. We will be responsible for establishing comprehensive policies, procedures, and guidelines based on industry and DoD best practices.
Chief Engineers Panel (CEP) – Enterprise Architecture
ASG will provide standardized architectural views for DISA planners, aiding investment planning and decision making.
Service Transition / Service Operations
ASG will design ITSM processes that enhance operational effectiveness, leveraging industry best practices to develop benchmarks and measurements, ensuring alignment with DISA’s strategic goals. Using ITIL-derived expertise, ASG will support DISA’s objective of optimizing DoD IT assets by converging communications, computing, and enterprise services into a unified platform.
