Novak Birch and ASG jointly announced today that together they were awarded a Prime three-year contract for the Centers for the Medicare & Medicaid Partner Relations Operational and Technical Assistance program.
Novak Birch and ASG joined forces to provide CMS with information, education and outreach, toolkits, and other various resources to communicate with external/ internal CMS stakeholders, partners, beneficiaries, consumers, and the general public. Novak Birch will lead the outreach communications, event planning/execution (in-person and virtual), video, and print/mail fulfillment. While CTA Team Member ASG will bring deep subject matter expertise and develop the written outreach content, Novak Birch will then package it into professional and impactful outreach materials and engaging experiences.
